ShyftCover wasn’t born from a pitch deck or a Silicon Valley incubator. It was born from real work — overnight shifts, broken systems, and a founder who decided to fix things instead of complain about them.

Terrez Wells started building software to solve problems he saw firsthand as a direct support professional in healthcare. That first product, ISP+, cut after-hours supervisor calls by 40% at IDD care facilities. It proved something: AI works best when it’s built by someone who actually understands the problem.

Now ShyftCover is bigger than healthcare. We’re an AI software company building products across finance and beyond — like ShyftWage — all under one roof. Different industries, same philosophy: build fast, solve real problems, skip the fluff.

We’re based in Warrensburg, Missouri. We’re bootstrapped. And we’re just getting started.
